I can't access OneSearch. What should I do?

On Campus Troubleshooting
If you are on campus and get an error message every time you try to access OneSearch, try the following:
- Use the Westmoreland-Student Wifi. Westmoreland-Guest does not work for many password-protected services on campus.
- Use Google Chrome. Alternate browsers may not be compatible.
- Use an incognito window. In Chrome, click on the dots in the top right corner of the browser and choose New Incognito Window.
Off Campus Troubleshooting
- Use Google Chrome.
- Use an Incognito Window. In Chrome, click on the dots in the top right corner of the browser and choose New Incognito Window.
- Check for a Firewall. Firewalls will often block OneSearch access.
