I can't access OneSearch. What should I do?

Answer

On Campus Troubleshooting

If you are on campus and get an error message every time you try to access OneSearch, try the following:

  1. Use the Westmoreland-Student Wifi. Westmoreland-Guest does not work for many password-protected services on campus.
  2. Use Google Chrome. Alternate browsers may not be compatible.
  3. Use an incognito windowIn Chrome, click on the dots in the top right corner of the browser and choose New Incognito Window.

Off Campus Troubleshooting

  1. Use Google Chrome.
  2. Use an Incognito Window. In Chrome, click on the dots in the top right corner of the browser and choose New Incognito Window.
  3. Check for a Firewall. Firewalls will often block OneSearch access.
