I got a 403 error logging into D2L. What do I do?
To access your D2L courses you must first be logged into your my.westmoreland.edu email address. If not you will receive a 403-Forbidden error message. If you are using a Chromebook you will need to log out of your current account and add a user on your computer's login screen.
If you are sent to an account management screen or have other issues in D2L you can contact DLsupport@westmoreland.edu for more assistance.
- Go to www.gmail.com or click the student email link in the portal.
- You must have first followed the First Time Email setups and have security questions set up and changed your password. How to set up gmail.
- You can tell you are logged into the student account when you see the school logo next to your initials or custom image.
2. Sign in with your username@my.westmoreland.edu and your current password.
3. Go to my.westmoreland.edu and log in with your username and current password.
4. Press the D2L Logo under the popular links section.
5. Select your WCCC account
